- Access My Telkom App: If you have the My Telkom App installed, you can find your airtime balance displayed on the homepage.
- *Use USSD code 160#: This code will bring you to a menu where you can select "Check Balance" to see your airtime information.
Without your phone:
- Access My Telkom Online: Sign in to your My Telkom account on the Telkom Kenya website (https://telkom.co.ke/). Your airtime balance will be displayed on the dashboard.
- Contact Telkom Customer Service: You can call them at 100 from your Telkom line or 0800 780 000 from any other network (free of charge). A customer service representative can assist you with your balance.
